Dec 29 - Counting Calories

Have a handy app to keep track of my eating. Would like to buy the gadget that keeps track of one's exercise too. There are a few that you can use with the food diary and that would be pretty nice to have. Need to price them out and check out reviews.

Today was a tough day. Think I got a flu bug during the night. Guess it's been going around but usually I don't get the bug. Was with many. many people this past week so that might have had something to do with it. At least now I feel fine.

Earrings today need an outfit. Love polka dots but don't have any black/white or white/black. Maybe when I lose some weight I can look at blouses again.
