She's better but I still won't give her medicated flea liquid of any brand. Next time, I'll do something from a more natural aspect.
Was pretty busy at work today and need some down time tonight. Found a couple of interesting sites:
First is about a Holocaust survivor. She is concerned about history repeating itself and by the way things are going, history will repeat itself. Ignoring actions of those doing wrong and either pretending it didn't happen or it has nothing to do with us has always gotten the world into trouble. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/03/14/world/europe/a-holocaust-survivor-tells-of-auschwitz-at-18-and-again-at-90.html?rref=collection%2Fcolumn%2Fthe-saturday-profile&contentCollection=world&action=click&module=NextInCollection®ion=Footer&pgtype=article
Another is about retired Japanese fighter pilot. He sees "danger on the horizon" because so many people (think he was talking specifically about Japan) weren't a part of the past war and have no idea what it really is like. I know of people who don't have any clue about wars and the scars that are left from it; most of these people are younger people. Hope that don't have to learn the hard way. http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/04/world/asia/retired-japanese-fighter-pilot-sees-an-old-danger-on-the-horizon.html?_r=0
Both articles are well-written and thought provoking. Reflection on our past is good when we learn from it and not so good when we become complacent.
